Work is mainly English teaching in the classroom, but may include facilitating activities such as film presentations, the student drama group, or other student activities. Most teaching takes place on weekday afternoons, evenings and Saturday morning and afternoons.
Teachers new to Morocco are asked to arrive in advance of the term with time to find housing and participate in orientation and training. All new teachers are required to attend the orientation program prior to their first term teaching. This year’s start date for new teachers from abroad is September 15, 2008.

Full-time salaries offered by the ALC Rabat usually allow teachers to live comfortably in Rabat* and are commensurate with experience.
